Film Belts

We can either lace mylar to make it endless or ultrasonically weld it with an angled splice or straight splice. Ultrasonically welded film belts provide uniformly high strength for instrumentation and light power transmission applications. Excellent chemical resistance makes it a good choice in areas where many solvents, acids, and oils are present. Film belts have the high flexibility and length stability to make them ideal for disc memory drives, turntables, and miniature precision drives. The engineering possibilities of this belt, with perforated vacuum patterns and sprocket holes, are endless.
