Metal Belts
Metal belts offer a high strength-to-weight ratio and durability. They can withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and hostile environments. They require no lubrication, are non-stretch, operate smoothly, and allow for good thermal and electrical conductivity with no static build-up. These unique properties result in precision, control, longevity, and cost-effectiveness.
All belts are created by welding together two ends of a metal tape to form an endless belt. Electron beam welding techniques from a high integrity butt weld that is strong and smooth.

Applications include oil separating, optical positioning, pharmaceutical, packaging, tobacco, conveying (including vacuum conveying), heat treating, sterile environments, applications where a high coefficient of friction surface is required and other special applications.
